How to start visualizing.
How to start visualizing.
To start with a basic visualization, think about one of your goals for the future. (I find it helpful to try to visualize your ideal life five years from now.) Close your eyes and try to imagine different scenarios that could occur if this goal were a reality. Find the images that most excite you in your body and focus on them. Once you are clear about the images that excite you and represent your goals, it is important to visualize them often in your mind, to continually activate the power of your subconscious. Here are some visualization techniques that can help you stay on top:
1. Make a vision board.
A great way to make a physical representation of your goals is to create a vision board. Gather words, pictures and art that represent your goal and post them on a board or anywhere you see them every day and remember what you are working on.
Its important to have fun whilst visualizing!
2. Listen to a guided meditation.
Guided relaxation element can help you tune in to your subconscious mind and strengthen your connection to your goals. Make a ritual of listening to them every day.

3. Get into a new nighttime routine.
Every night when you go to sleep, spend about two minutes imagining images of your future success. If you made a vision board, look at it right before bed and again first thing in the morning. According to Wayne Dyer, the last two minutes before falling asleep at night stay in your subconscious mind for up to four hours while you sleep, making it a good time to do visualization.
When you envision your future success, your subconscious mind will attract people and opportunities to realize that future success. So give visualization a try and create the future of your dreams!
