Visualization Techniques to succeed fast!
Visualization techniques have been used by successful people to visualize their desired results for ages.
Visualization even gave some high achievements what seemed to be superpowers, helping them create their dreams by completing one goal or task at a time with hyper focus and complete confidence.
In fact, we all have this wonderful power, but most of us have never been taught to use it effectively.
Elite athletes use it. The super rich use it. And now top performers in all areas use it. This power is called visualization.
Daily practice of visualizing your dreams as they are already completed can speed up your achievement of those dreams, goals and ambitions.
Using visualization techniques to focus on your goals and desires provides four very important benefits.
1.) It activates your creative subconscious, which will start generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.
2.) Programs your brain to more easily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.
3.) It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing into your life the people, resources, and conditions you will need to achieve your goals.
4.) It creates your inner motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your dreams.
Visualization is really simple. You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and imagine, with as much vivid detail as you can, what you would look at if your dream had come true. Imagine being within yourself, looking at the ideal result with your eyes. It is important to have FUN whilst visualizing.
Visualize with the "Mental Rehearsal" Technique
The visualization process for athletes is called "mental rehearsal," and they have been using these exercises since the 1960s, when we learned from the Russians.
All you have to do is take a few minutes a day. The best times are when you first wake up, after meditation or prayer, and just before going to bed. These are the times when you are most relaxed.
Follow the following three steps:
STEP 1. Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and then the movie begins. It's a movie of you doing perfectly whatever you want to do better. See all the details you can create, including your clothes, the expression on your face, small body movements, the surroundings, and anyone else who might be around. Add whatever sounds you are hearing: traffic, music, other people talking, cheering. And finally, recreate in your body whatever feelings you think you would be experiencing while participating in this activity.
STEP 2. Get up from the chair, walk to the screen, open a door on the screen and enter the movie. Now experience everything again from within, looking through your eyes. This is called "embedded image" rather than "distant image." It will deepen the impact of the experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the sounds you would hear, and feel the sensations you would feel.
STEP 3. Finally, exit the screen that still shows the image of you performing perfectly, return to your seat at the theater, reach out, grasp the screen and shrink it to the size of a cookie. Then take this miniature screen to your mouth, chew it and swallow it. Imagine that each little piece, like a hologram, contains the complete picture of your performance. Imagine all these little screens traveling into your stomach and out through the bloodstream to every cell in your body. Then imagine that every cell in your body lights up with a movie of you performing perfectly. It's like one of those appliance store windows where 50 televisions are tuned to the same channel.
When you have finished this process (it should take less than five minutes), you can open your eyes and go about your business. If you make this part of your daily routine, you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see in your life.
