 How to find the right images for you. It is important to visualize your goals with images that activate it in the most physical way possible. You can know when you have found a great image because you will feel the sensation of that emotion in your body. Whether it is a tingling sensation like champagne bubbles in your stomach or the hair on your arms getting a bit scratchy, try to notice how different images activate it physiologically when you visualize your targets.
